Share with people or groups

Share a project, skill or app with one person, a group or an email address as Viewer, Editor or Admin, without opening it to the whole organization.

Share with people or groups

What it includes

Three permission levels

Viewers read and use it, Editors change it and Admins decide who else gets access.

Groups that stay current

Share once with a group, and anyone who joins that group later gets access without another step.

People hear about it

Sharing with an email address sends that person a note naming what you shared with them.

Pin for every member

Organization admins can pin a project into every member's chats, and each member can still unpin it for themselves.

Where access came from

A project shared with you shows the grant behind your access, so nobody has to guess which one to change.

Request access to a teammate's project

Opening a teammate's project or skill that is not shared with you offers Request access, which emails the owner a one-click way to grant it.

Decide how far your work reaches

Keep a project, skill or app to yourself, open it to the whole team or publish it for everyone, and an admin can pull a team one back.

Reviewed public registry for skills

Publish a skill, project or app for every Ghostlyn user after a review, as a fixed version your later edits leave alone until you resubmit.

Records per person or per team

Keep records to yourself by default, or use a shared table the whole team reads and writes, each labelled Shared or Only you on the Tables page.
