A name already in use gets a number added, such as name-2, so an import never fails on a clash.
An Agent Plugin's servers come over too
A plugin's HTTP MCP servers register as connectors automatically, so a server signs in and connects the first time the plugin's skill loads.

Anyone who can read a skill or project can download it as a zip or clone it into one of their own, built-ins included.
